You will analyze historical data, predict outcomes, and enhance reporting capabilities while balancing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, with advanced Excel, ERP and BI experience, and strong communication skills to present

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP tools (JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud) and BI tools like PowerBI.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, quarterly forecast and monthly account analysis.
• Work with department heads to understand operating expenses and report trends.
• Analyze financial information to drive insights for decisions.
• Ensure cost allocation accuracy and assist with reclassifications.
• Refine financial models for budgeting and prepare quarterly packages.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting for timely financial data and process improvements.
