Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to support project controls across multiple offices, including Maumee, Cincinnati, Westminster, and more.

The role involves assisting PMs with planning, scheduling, earned value, and related departmental duties, with travel to client sites as required. The incumbent will help develop WBS, budget entries, project plans, and reports, while coordinating with PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred.
• Experience in an engineering, construction or similar industry.
• Thorough working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows environment, including Project, Word, and Excel.
• One year experience with Microsoft Project scheduling software and/or Primavera software.

Aufgaben

• Work with Project Managers with the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task code assignment and budgeting (e.g. Deltek Vision budget entry).
• Develop and maintain proposal and project schedules, as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain earned value tracking spreadsheets, as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain Project Plans, project reports, customer reports, etc., as requested by PMs.
• Assist with training and development of others with regard to job cost, planning, scheduling, earned value, and other project related activities.
• Assist with departmental needs consistent with skills required above.
• Local travel or travel to alternate work sites may be required to support Matrix clients and projects.
