Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ten+ years of progressive experience in business development, proposal management, pursuit management, marketing, or related professional services field.
• Significant experience leading complex pitches, proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and competitive pursuit initiatives.
• Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or lead professional staff; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategy, development, and execution of pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Evaluates opportunities and recommends approaches to improve firm positioning.
• Advises attorneys and leadership on pursuit strategy and differentiation.
• Leads pursuit planning, defines roles, and drives execution across complex opportunities.
