Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across hospitals and service lines in Pennsylvania. You will partner with hospital leadership, HR, and Medical Staff to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and manage credentialing handoffs while promoting PAM Health’s mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience; physician recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare recruitment experience and related processes (credentialing, contracts) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute physician recruitment strategies for PAM Health's hospitals and service lines.
• Manage full-cycle physician recruitment from requisition to onboarding and credentialing handoff.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and employment agreements with leadership and HR.
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide timely updates throughout recruitment timelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and compliance with policies.
