Job summary

Texas Regional Physicians in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment of physicians and APPs across our multi-site network. You will partner with practice leadership, department chairs, and administration to assess staffing needs, build a talent pipeline, and manage the processes from sourcing to onboarding.

This role supports TRP's growth in orthopedics, pain management, imaging, and surgical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle physician or healthcare provider recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with physician licensing, credentialing timelines, payer enrollment, and onboarding processes.
• Experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS, Bullhorn, etc.) and physician sourcing networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Forecast staffing needs with leadership and develop specialty-specific recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, staffing firms, residency programs, society networks, and job boards.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current openings and anticipated growth.
• Represent TRP at conferences, residency fairs, and specialty events to enhance presence in target markets.
• Coordinate candidate site visits, interviews, travel, and stakeholder debriefs.
• Prepare and present competitive offers within guidelines and negotiate terms.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
