Job summary

SENTA Partners in Atlanta is seeking a Physician Liaison to recruit new patients by building relationships with physician groups, hospitals, nurses, and office managers.

You will coordinate sales activities, use consultative outreach, and leverage Salesforce CRM to track calls and results, supporting growth across ENT and Allergy practices.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and shaping referral growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows strong relationships with direct referral sources through scheduled account visits.
• Conduct face to face sales calls and presentations to referral sources, introducing ENT and Allergy services and new service lines.
• Obtains, interprets, and analyzes physician referral data to optimize sales effectiveness and routing plans.
• Leveraging Salesforce CRM, develops and maintains an effective field activity tracking system to document calls and other activities.
• Promotes and participates in community awareness through events and outreach.
• Defines and refines competitive pitch of the assigned practices.
• Resolves physician customer service calls and facilitates timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Facilitates introduction of new referring physicians and staff to practices with educational information.
• Works with leadership on referral source retention and growth strategies.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports and reviews findings with physicians and leadership.
• Assists in identifying referral growth strategy and creating plans for increased market penetration.
