Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnered with a healthcare organization in Manchester, NH, seeking a Physician Liaison to manage relationships among the hospital, clinics, and referring providers. This full-time role focuses on promoting services, growing referrals, and improving access to specialty care.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and leadership to drive strategic growth while enhancing the provider and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or provider relations preferred.
• Experience with referral networks and growth initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with primary care providers, specialists, and referral coordinators.
• Conduct regular outreach visits within the hospital’s service area.
• Organize Lunch and Learn sessions to educate providers on services and processes.
• Serve as primary contact for referral sources regarding specialty services and access.
• Identify opportunities to increase referrals and support service line growth.
• Monitor referral patterns and address barriers with leadership.
• Identify new growth opportunities among referral sources.
• Maintain ongoing communication to support satisfaction and retention.
