Job summary

Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic (AAA), an affiliate of SENTA Partners, seeks a Physician Liaison to recruit new patients by cultivating relationships with external referral sources and healthcare providers. The role emphasizes consultative sales, data-driven planning, and Salesforce-based activity tracking.

You will drive referral growth, coordinate outreach activities, and present the clinic’s services to physicians, hospitals, and office managers while supporting overall market penetration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree with minimum 2 years of sales/healthcare experience required.
• Healthcare sales and/or marketing experience preferred, pulmonology/urgent care/primary care pediatrics experience a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus; must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows strong relationships with direct referral sources to recruit new patient referrals.
• Conducts face-to-face sales calls and presentations to referral sources about ENT and Allergy services.
• Analyzes referral data to optimize sales effectiveness and routing plans to meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Uses Salesforce to document calls and activities; tracks field activity.
• Promotes community awareness through events and outreach and supports growth strategies.
