Job summary

UP Health System - Portage, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Growth & Outreach Liaison to expand referrals and service line growth. You will build a target referral network, develop an annual growth plan, and collaborate with Marketing to support physician practices.

This role emphasizes hands-on provider engagement, extensive field visits, CRM documentation, and leadership collaboration to drive growth and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years related experience; Medical and/or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a target list of referral sources and develop an annual growth plan.
• Document outreach in CRM and optimize communications.
• Meet with providers and staff to discover needs and develop rapport.
• Spend majority of time visiting providers and facilities within area.
• Provide regular updates to VP/Sr Director Growth and Outreach.
• Attend weekly conference calls and onsite meetings as determined by leadership.
• Identify barriers to growth and follow up with referral sources to remove obstacles.
• Develop engagement strategies for providers and industry to drive growth.
• Arrange introductions of new providers to targeted referral prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support employed physician practices and hospital service lines.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical services to support dialogue with referral sources.
