Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physician Recruiter to own the complete recruitment lifecycle for physicians and APPs from sourcing through onboarding.

The role builds pipelines with residency programs, coordinates credentialing, and negotiates offers while engaging clinical leadership. The successful candidate will partner with COO/CMO and program directors, managing relationships with academic medical centers and GME offices to support COPC’s growth and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required in HR/healthcare admin or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle physician/APP recruitment experience in multi-site ambulatory, health system or ACO setting.
• Direct healthcare experience engaging residency and/or fellowship programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for physician and APP positions from sourcing to onboarding handoff.
• Build and manage a year-round candidate pipeline with residency programs and GME offices.
• Represent COPC at residency recruitment fairs and conferences; develop compelling presentations.
