Memorial Health in Springfield, IL seeks a Director of Philanthropy Operations to lead its fundraising operations across shared services such as grants, research, planned giving, and donor services. You will drive data-informed decisions and build scalable processes to support system-wide growth.

The role requires major leadership experience in philanthropy, healthcare philanthropy preferred, and a track record of managing diverse teams and budgets in a complex environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Memorial Health’s philanthropic programs.
• Oversee development operations and shared services: grants management, prospect research, planned giving, communications, data & analytics, donor services and gift processing.
• Drive annual giving and stewardship to maximize fundraising impact.
• Lead and develop managers; build scalable infrastructure across multiple markets.
• Ensure compliance with IRS and state charitable solicitation requirements.
