Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven+ years in development/advancement operations required.
• Five+ years of progressive people leadership required.
• Experience across grants, prospect research, planned giving, data analytics and donor services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for philanthropic programs.
• Oversee grants management, donor services, data and analytics, and communications.
• Lead multi-functional teams and scale shared services across Memorial Health.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness for philanthropy operations.
