Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a PHCS Pharma Partnering Director to drive strategic partnerships in personalized healthcare. You will evaluate, manage, and grow collaborations with global pharma partners, coordinating across Roche Diagnostics to deliver biomarker and diagnostic support throughout development.

You will lead negotiations on master and project agreements, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive revenue growth within the PHCS lifecycle across international markets.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in business, marketing, sales, or clinical fields with emphasis on partnerships and companion diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop global opportunities for personalized healthcare product development for domestic and international customers
• Collaborate with lifecycle leadership and legal to negotiate Master and Project Collaboration Governing Agreements with pharma partners
• Negotiate and execute Project Schedules aligned with Roche and partner financial requirements for pathology lab services
• Lead negotiations and execution of Material Transfer, Confidentiality, Scope Change, and Project Amendments agreements
• Ensure cross-business alignment across PHCS partnerships including Core Lab and Molecular Lab collaborations in oncology, neurology, and general medicine
• Support commercialization and execution of agreements across regional affiliates for worldwide decentralized testing
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities from existing partnerships and scouting new pharma partners
• Monitor work to ensure quality and promote a Quality First Time approach
