CareDx, a leading precision medicine diagnostics company, seeks a Senior Director of Pharma Partnerships to architect and execute the biopharma strategy across transplant and oncology diagnostics. You will identify, develop, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, shaping portfolio opportunities and revenue growth.

This role requires executive relationship skills, scientific acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharma partnerships, business development, or related field.
• Proven track record closing complex pharmaceutical partnerships.
• Experience leading opportunities through scientific evaluation, proposal development, negotiation, and contracting.
• Established networks with senior pharmaceutical leaders across scientific, clinical, commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for biopharma partnerships across transplant and oncology.
• Develop account strategies for priority partners and expansion opportunities.
• Lead complex opportunities from identification to closing.
• Build networks with senior pharma executives to advance partnerships.
• Represent CareDx at industry conferences and executive forums.
