Vizient, Inc. is seeking a data-driven professional to analyze and present insights that support client objectives, inform strategy development, and drive performance improvements across pharmacy and related services.

You will lead analyses, build client-ready reports, collaborate with Spend Management, Analytics, and Data and Digital teams, and contribute to new offerings while traveling to meet client needs.

Formación

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
• ACE Certification for 340B required or obtainable within the first year of hire.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred.
• Experience with 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, and Retail/Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy supply chain, and GPO contracting preferred.
• Strong client-facing and group presentation skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to develop innovative solutions and new program offerings.
• Coordinate with Spend Management and Analytics to enhance pharmacy products and services and improve performance.
• Build relationships among Vizient clients on strategic and operational topics.
• Collaborate with clients, Vizient team and Data and Digital on analyses, data mining and report generation.
• Develop and support new program offerings to build greater value for participating clients.
• Execute portions of assigned project plans; prioritize tasks to achieve milestones.
• Draft presentations; present data and recommendations to client management.
• Suggest ideas for improving products / services / tools / methods in functional areas of focus.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital materials (e.g., case studies).
