Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (PharmD or BSPharm).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy consulting or healthcare.
• Pharmacy license required.
• ASHP-accredited residency preferred.
• Experience delivering consulting services in healthcare or pharmacy settings preferred.
• Experience managing or supporting 340B programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement pharmacy initiatives that enhance patient care and cost savings.
• Assess pharmacy programs across health systems and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop strategic operating plans using benchmarks and industry practices.
• Create detailed project work plans and provide hands-on implementation support.
• Support development and delivery of new or enhanced services and solutions.
