Job summary

Kroger West Lafayette is seeking a Pharmacist for an on-site role to oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice, budget management, and patient service. The position requires a Pharm.D.

or Bachelor of Pharmacy and an active license, with at least two years of retail experience and strong leadership capabilities. You will direct staff, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in corporate clinical services while delivering excellent customer service and pursuing public health

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (Pharm.D. or Pharm.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years related retail experience.
• Ability to lead and train pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team, directing workflow to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives.
• Perform duties required of a registered pharmacist and follow legal and company requirements.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability; handle third-party problems and audits in a timely fashion.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain all pharmacy records required by law and company policies.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach and perform performance reviews for direct reports.
