Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a client onboarding and implementation lead to manage complex, customized pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will guide product selection, plan design, and solution strategies aligned with client business needs.

This client-facing role owns end-to-end client accounts from intent gathering through implementation and transition to the account management team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for end-to-end client delivery.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues.
