Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a client-facing leader to manage onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will serve as a strategic consultant guiding clients on product selection, plan design and solution strategies aligned with their business needs.

This role owns end-to-end client account management—from intent gathering and project planning to setup submission, implementation and seamless handoff to the account management team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle large volumes of information under tight deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities
• Operate with autonomy while escalating risks or issues as needed
