Job summary

Blink Health seeks a Senior Manager of Fulfillment Operations (Pharmacy) in Pittsburgh, PA to lead the logistics and workflow execution of its mail-order dispensing pharmacy. Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Experience in central fill pharmacy workflows or pharmaceutical inventory preferred.
• Experience driving technology-enabled improvements in fulfillment.
• Strong people management and coaching background.
• Expertise in inventory control, supply logistics, and vendor management.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse systems and dashboards (e.g. Tableau).
• Willingness to relocate to the Pittsburgh, PA area (Coraopolis).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows to meet SLAs and cut-off times.
• Manage inventory flow from receiving to outbound packaging (excluding direct medication handling).
• Develop and maintain station prep checklists and replenishment schedules.
• Monitor throughput and adjust labor assignments based on real-time data.
• Design and optimize facility layout for high-throughput operations.
• Lead vendor coordination and inventory control programs.
• Partner with PIC to align non-clinical ops with pharmacy workflows.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Procurement to ensure operational continuity.
