Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations in the Pittsburgh area to lead logistics, inventory movement, and outbound packaging support for the mail-order dispensing pharmacy.

You will manage a non-clinical team, partner with the Pharmacist-in-Charge, and drive continuous improvements in facility layout and material flow to ensure a best-in-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Experience optimizing fulfillment operations and implementing tech-driven improvements.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement methodologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of inventory and materials, including receiving, staging, and storage.
• Ensure SLAs and cut-off times are met with efficient labor allocation.
• Collaborate with PIC to align non-clinical ops with pharmacy workflows.
• Lead a team of Fulfillment Support Associates and ensure SOP compliance.
