Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Senior Category Manager, Pharmacy to lead sourcing and category strategy for pharmacy spend across the enterprise. You will drive cost savings, supply reliability, and contract compliance, managing the full lifecycle from market analysis to negotiations within a specialty pharma context.

The role requires deep knowledge of biosimilars, oncology, and GPO dynamics, with strong Excel analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in sourcing and category management in Pharmacy/Drug sectors.
• Working knowledge of GPO contracting, PO lifecycle, and category strategies.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, communication, and negotiation skills; able to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year sourcing strategy for pharmaceutical spend to meet clinical and continuity goals.
• Lead negotiations with manufacturers, GPOs, and distributors; develop cost-reduction plans.
• Develop governance, contract lifecycle processes, and risk management for the portfolio.
• Communicate value and savings opportunities to pharmacy, finance, and leadership teams.
