Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field in Business, Finance, Supply chain, or related
• 7+ years of sourcing and category management experience in Pharmacy and Drug sectors
• Experience with GPO contracting and purchase order lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year sourcing strategy for pharma and drug categories
• Lead negotiations with manufacturers, GPOs, and distributors
• Develop business cases and financial models to influence decisions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of supply across category portfolio
• Establish CLM standards and governance for supplier contracts
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and clinical leaders on strategic decisions
