The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience in SAP and Power BI. Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of category management experience preferred, especially in pharma supplier management.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BioCare Business Development and manufacturers to manage spend.
• Review contracts, manage days on hand, and ensure supply commitments.
• Track purchase orders in SAP and communicate with suppliers.
• Develop supplier scorecards and report metrics to management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
