Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales experience in healthcare, capital equipment, or pharmacy automation.
• Experience developing new accounts and expanding relationships within a territory.
• Strong ability to engage hospital leaders and business decision-makers.
• Translate customer challenges into clear business outcomes with solution value.
• CRM experience and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; pharmacy automation experience preferred.

• Create and present business cases tailored to community and small hospital customers.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Collaborate with BD cross-functional teams to support opportunities.
• Negotiate agreements and close opportunities to grow new business.
• Maintain CRM records and develop quarterly territory plans.
• Track performance, forecast updates, and competitive activity.
