Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Analytics Consultant to support Pharmacy and Medical Drug information needs using analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Two years' related data analyses experience if no degree.
• Proficient using SAS and Cognos and Microsoft tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex data clearly.
• Willingness to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on projects and lead tasks to meet business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvements.
• Provide analytic support within Pharmacy and other departments to ensure affordable benefits.
• Develop standardized reporting and dashboards; collaborate with BI teams for automation.
• Present results and insights to management and external partners.
