Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred
• Ability to drive conversations toward clear outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
• Excellent collaboration with internal partners to solve challenges and drive outcomes.
• Strong closing skills and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and value proposition across efficacy, safety, convenience, and access.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Strategic account planning that moves conversations from interest to action.
• Provide education on product information, patient assistance, and reimbursement resources; triage to experts.
• Coordinate with Genentech cross-functional partners to connect customers and patients with resources.
• Integrate digital solutions to provide insights and analyze trends for HCP adoption.
• Develop strategies to optimize patient access and treatment adoption across providers and payers.
