Job summary

CG Life seeks an Associate Project Director (APD) to lead complex, multi-brand projects in a fast-paced pharma environment. You will manage tactical plans, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resourcing while guiding a team to deliver on time and within scope.

Strong communication and mentorship are essential to drive client satisfaction and agency success. The role emphasizes risk management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and senior clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in agency and/or project management at an integrated advertising agency.
• Experience with AOR or D/AOR pharma clients strongly preferred.
• Multi-channel marketing expertise including media planning and execution.
• Financial responsibility for up to $3M in revenue and oversight for up to $8M.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and large-scale launches.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical planning, activation, and execution for large accounts or multiple brands.
• Lead a team in developing and implementing project plans across assigned programs.
• Estimate budgets, track scope, and forecast resource needs.
• Mentor junior team members and align execution with agency standards.
• Maintain proactive client and internal stakeholder communication.
