Job summary

CG Life is seeking a Freelance Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives from initiation to completion. You will serve as the trusted client contact and partner across Account Management, Creative, Strategy, and Production, guiding teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior PM will operate in the EST timezone and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience within an integrated advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment.
• Experience working with AOR Pharma Launch.
• Proven ability to manage complex, integrated campaigns and large-scale initiatives across multiple channels.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex projects including integrated campaigns, product launches, digital and print tactics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
• Own project facilitation throughout the lifecycle, driving alignment across teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including documentation, scopes of work, estimates, status reports, and budgets.
• Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement solutions to maintain timelines.
• Ensure adherence to agency standards, processes, and quality expectations.
• Conduct internal and client-facing meetings and reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using PM tools.
• Lead routing and review workflows across cross-functional teams.
