Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (Pharma) to lead complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects from concept through completion, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders across multiple sites.

You will mentor project teams, shape project delivery approaches, and play a key role in proposal development, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field.
• 11+ years of industry experience; minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Consulting experience and client relationship management preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation.
• PMP certification, PE or equivalent license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects across all phases.
• Develop trusted client partnerships and identify opportunities within markets.
• Oversee proposals, project plans, schedules, cost controls, and closeout materials across multiple projects.
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy for the team.
• Manage client contract interpretation and ensure client needs are met.
