CG Life is seeking an Associate Project Director to lead strategic, multi-brand projects with pharma clients. You will guide tactical planning, execution, and risk management while mentoring team members and maintaining client relationships.

The role demands strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to manage budgets and timelines across complex programs. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in agency project management, experience with AOR or D/AOR pharma accounts,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in agency or project management with integrated campaigns.
• Experience with AOR or D/AOR pharma clients preferred.
• Financial responsibility up to $3M in revenue and oversight for up to $8M.
• Strong communicator and mentor with stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-brand launches.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical planning, activation, and execution for large accounts or multiple brands.
• Oversee teams to develop and implement detailed project plans across projects.
• Manage budgets, estimates, scope, and forecasting; partner with finance for reconciliations.
• Mentor junior staff and align execution with agency standards.
• Maintain client relationships and lead senior-level client discussions and presentations.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
