Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) in the CNS space. You will work as part of the ecosystem team to deliver clinical, scientific, and health economic information to influence patient outcomes within local healthcare systems.

You will engage with KIs, LPLs, providers and patient groups, shaping regional medical strategies while coordinating field activities and cross-functional partnerships to address evolving care needs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s with CNS/psychiatry clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex information concisely.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of time across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers and patient groups within the CNS ecosystem.
• Provide clinical, scientific and health economic information on CNS diseases and Otsuka products.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to tailor regional medical strategies and execute field activities.
• Build external relationships with scientific and medical communities to inform evolving healthcare trends.
• Support clinical trials activities and medical insights generation to influence evidence development.
• Assist Safety & Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Education initiatives as needed.
