Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Major Account Manager to lead and grow strategic pharmaceutical accounts. Remote US-based role with no visa sponsorship, offering $100,000–$120,000 annually.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer objectives, identify opportunities, and drive long-term account growth. Responsibilities include owning a portfolio of accounts, leading cross-functional execution, and delivering strategic plans while traveling to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in complex sales or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• B2B sales experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a proven growth track record.
• Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations 5 days a week.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
