Ladders is seeking an Account Manager, Senior Commercial to drive growth within an established account portfolio in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will lead disciplined expansion sales and engage key stakeholders across upper mid-market customers.

The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, robust pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustained account success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT sales experience managing upper mid-market accounts (1,500–5,000 employees).
• Proven track record of achieving upsell and retention quotas.
• Strong understanding of corporate IT buying processes and cloud computing.
• Ability to build and maintain trust with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed upsell and cross-sell revenue targets for your account portfolio.
• Collaborate with partner and channel development teams to create and implement account plans.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline and execute activity plans to meet quotas.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders in existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities for new products within accounts.
• Ensure accurate account activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Apply the company's sales methodology consistently across your portfolio.
