Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to support an assigned book of business and collaborate with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to ensure service excellence. You’ll serve as a primary contact for benefit-related service needs, coordinating enrollment meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, issue resolution, and detailed administration across health, pharmacy, disability, vision, and dental benefits for diverse employer

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be very detail-oriented.
• Positive demeanor when dealing with clients/teams/vendor partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s Degree required; database experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains assigned book of business.
• Collaborates with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives to manage renewal/marketing process.
• Manages day-to-day client issues.
• Conducts enrollment meetings virtually and in person.
• Conducts regular face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Assists with 5500 form filings, as applicable.
• Builds relationships with clients through proactive communications.
• Supports complex accounts and high-level service deliverables.
