Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an experienced insurance professional to support account executives in servicing clients and marketing insurance products. You will build strong client relationships, answer basic insurance questions, and process policy changes and invoices.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in insurance, solid knowledge of P&C coverage, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of insurance experience.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems.
• Proficiency in Applied/Epic or willingness to learn.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.
• Build relationships with clients and respond to basic insurance questions.
• Process invoices for new and renewal policies and related changes.
• Update systems and files to reflect coverage changes and endorsements.
• Generate and mail ID cards and certificates of insurance.
• Complete surplus lines filings and renewer binder extensions.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure quotes and processing.
