Park Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Manager to lead the PSH program and the supportive services team, ensuring housing stability and recovery-oriented care.

You will supervise PSH Coordinators, coordinate with landlords and community partners, provide training on Housing First principles, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with funders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in human services.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• CPRP certification or willingness to become certified required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the PSH program and lead the supportive services team.
• Oversee coordinators to achieve housing stability and community integration.
• Provide training on Housing First, Recovery Principles, and Trauma-informed Care.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers and landlords.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and grant compliance.
