Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is seeking a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant to lead enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, designing data-driven projects and mentoring staff to boost quality, safety, and value across the system.

The role is full-time with a hybrid remote arrangement in New Hampshire, requiring experience in change management, curriculum development, and health-system program delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, or related field required.
• 8 years of experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to lead change.
• Demonstrated project management experience required.
• LSS Black Belt certification within 1 year of hire; DH Black Belt within 1 year of hire.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach continuous improvement projects across the system.
• Develop area KPIs and strategy deployment plans with leaders.
• Design data collection plans and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop metrics and reporting tools for department activity assessment.
• Maintain project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint) and deliver training.
