Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Senior Clinical Quality Performance Specialist to oversee, design, and implement quality initiatives. This role requires strong data analytics skills to collaborate with providers and enhance clinical improvement processes within the organization. The position is fully remote, but candidates must be located in New Hampshire.

Ideal candidates will have experience in managed care, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of quality improvement functions. The successful candidate will mentor new hires and support accreditation activities, collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in clinical or service quality improvement required.
• 5 years of experience in managed care required.
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the plan’s state.

Responsibilities

• Provide key data analysis for quality improvement project interventions.
• Develop reports and present findings to the Quality Committee.
• Support HEDIS and Clinical Practice Guidelines.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization

Education
