Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred in Nursing, Health Administration, Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with Quality Improvement tools and regulatory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Performance Improvement initiatives for departmental clinical leadership and front-line staff in establishing a comprehensive quality assessment and performance improvement plan.
• Collaborates with analytical teams to develop performance dashboards and educates constituents on quality improvement tools and techniques (e.g., PDSA).
• Utilizes data to identify issues affecting patient safety and quality of care and formulates improvement plans.
• Monitors care quality to meet internal objectives and external accreditation/regulatory requirements.
• Leads teams on priority quality initiatives and supports ongoing evaluation of care processes and outcomes.
• Acts as a resource for data collection and transmission for public reporting and benchmarking.
