Logan Health is seeking a Performance Improvement Consultant to translate organizational strategy into measurable results. You will lead complex projects, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and accountability across the system.

The role requires strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on data-driven decisions and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or healthcare administration preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in change management, strategy, performance improvement, finance, and/or operational roles required.
• Experience implementing business performance improvement solutions required.
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets using business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, or statistical analysis tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement projects aligned with organizational goals, ensuring resources, timelines, and accountability are established.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Develop business cases and evidence-based recommendations using data analysis, operational insights, and business acumen to support decision-making.
• Facilitate the 90-day planning process, translating organizational strategy into actionable projects for front-line leaders.
• Analyze performance data from local and system sources, conduct process observations, and connect project outcomes to organizational scorecards.
• Manage complex unit-specific and system-wide projects, coordinating stakeholders, resources, budgets, timelines, communication, and team dynamics.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while aligning with culture and business objectives.
