Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in healthcare quality improvement.
• Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.
• Ability to develop performance dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
• Strong collaboration with clinical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives for departmental clinical leadership and front-line staff.
• Collaborate with analytical teams to develop performance dashboards.
• Educate constituents on performance improvement tools and techniques like PDSA.
• Identify issues from data and develop plans to address patient safety concerns.
• Monitor quality of care to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in or lead designated performance improvement teams per strategic priorities.
• Support external agency reviews with prepared data and materials.
• Serve as a departmental resource for data collection and transmission for public reporting.
• Collaborate with department leadership on best practice standards.
