Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree with 1+ year of experience acceptable.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, coordinating meetings or projects, and managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and maintain KPI and scorecard data, investigate discrepancies.
• Execute monthly performance reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, exceptions, and drivers.
• Coordinate follow-up with metric owners and document actions and changes.
• Assist with benchmarking and analysis for defined scope issues.
• Suggest practical improvements to reporting tools, templates, and processes.
