Job Description About The Position The Business Planning and Performance Execution team serves as a strategic partner to leaders across Ameren Utilities, helping translate strategy into execution. The team provides performance insights through scorecards, leads function- and segment-level strategic business planning efforts, coordinates complex cross-functional initiatives, and drives leader and coworker engagements that strengthen collaboration and alignment. Working across functions and segments and partnering with Corporate Strategy, the team enables informed decision-making, enterprise alignment, and successful execution of Ameren's strategic priorities. As part of this team, the Performance and Engagement Analyst supports Ameren Utilities scorecard reporting, leader and coworker engagements, and strategy execution initiative tracking by compiling information, preparing analyses, coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting recurring processes. The role performs defined assignments within established frameworks, identifies issues and trends, and escalates exceptions as appropriate. The position develops increasing independence and professional expertise while contributing to accurate reporting, effective engagements, and successful initiative execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's degree required. Two or more years of relevant professional experience. Or advanced degree with 1 or more years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Demonstrated experience preparing reports, analyzing data, coordinating meetings or projects, and managing multiple deadlines.
Bachelor's degree required. Five or more years of relevant professional experience. Or advanced degree with 3 or more years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Demonstrated experience independently leading recurring performance-reporting processes or cross-functional initiatives.
This role requires in person participation, including supporting and participating in meetings and strategic engagements in the AHQ St. Louis and Collinsville, IL offices on a frequent basis.

Compensation Range: $71,100.00 - $137,200.00 * This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant’s credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
