Ameren Corporation seeks a Senior Business Planning and Performance Execution Analyst to advance strategic planning, performance management, and executive reporting across Ameren Utilities. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, synthesize data into concise insights, and partner with leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five or more years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree with three or more years of experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills; ability to lead complex cross-functional workstreams and synthesize information for senior leaders.
• Experience with strategy and/or business plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned function-level strategic business planning workstreams from development through leadership review, coordinating inputs, resolving gaps, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Develop execution strategies for assigned areas that translate priorities into coordinated actions, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, interdependencies, and competing priorities; structure the work and drive issues to resolution.
