Job summary

Ameren Services (B&CS) is seeking a Senior Business Planning and Performance Execution Analyst to advance strategic planning and performance management across Ameren Utilities, delivering insights and executive reporting. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop governance tools, and prepare board materials while collaborating with leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, five or more years of professional experience.
Or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience independently leading complex cross-functional workstreams and synthesizing information for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Own function-level strategic business planning workstreams from development through leadership review.
Analyze performance results and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop planning tools, templates, standards, and governance practices to improve consistency across functions.
Lead development of executive and Board materials, including key messages and supporting analysis.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
