Evaluate issues of diverse scope and recommend appropriate actions based on analysis, business context, and established practices. Develop and refine planning tools, templates, standards, and governance practices that improve consistency across functions. Adapt existing approaches and recommend process improvements to enhance planning effectiveness and execution outcomes.

  • Performance Management: Own development and continuous improvement of assigned performance-management and reporting frameworks, standards, and tools; coordinate cross-functional input and recommend governance improvements. Analyze and integrate performance, operational, and planning information from multiple sources into concise and actionable insights, implications, and recommendations for leadership review. Conduct benchmarking and comparative analyses to identify opportunities and emerging risks.

  • Executive & Board Materials: Support lead development of assigned executive and Board materials, including development of key messages, issue framing, supporting analysis, and coordination of leadership input. Create presentations, talking points, and communications tailored to appropriate audiences. Support leadership decision-making through clear, concise analysis and recommendations.

  • Strategy Execution Initiatives: Develop execution strategies for assigned areas that translate organizational priorities into coordinated actions, clear accountabilities, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, interdependencies, and competing priorities; structure the work, evaluate options, and drive issues to resolution or escalation. Conduct research and analysis to support business recommendations and implementation planning. Perform work independently with review at critical points, exercising judgment to manage assignments, resolve issues, and elevate as appropriate.

  • Team Support: Provide quality review and coaching to analysts on assigned workstreams; share methods and practices that strengthen team capability.
