Asana is seeking a Corporate and Strategic Finance Manager within the FP&A team to strategically assess growth drivers and partner with GTM teams to drive business impact. This office-based hybrid role is in San Francisco, with in-office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and optional WFH on Wednesday.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Anaplan and Databricks.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems analytically by data analysis to drive executive decisions.
• Build and own bottom-up Go-To-Market planning and forecast models.
• Partner with GTM teams to drive business impact.
• Provide ROI-focused financial modeling across segments.
• Guide process improvements and reporting enhancements with controls.
