Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and development.
• Familiar with employment laws including EEO, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, HIPAA.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and data insights skills.
• HR certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP/CCP) preferred; experience in professional services or global mobility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to business units, advising leaders on people-related matters.
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, feedback, talent reviews, and development.
• Lead exit processes, analyze feedback, and recommend actions.
• Anticipate workforce needs and support talent and succession planning.
• Promote equitable growth and collaborate on inclusive hiring and training.
• Support organizational changes with clear planning, communication, and engagement.
• Analyze people data to identify opportunities and improve programs.
