Job summary

TUV SUD America, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Specialist, Recruiting Support in Wakefield, MA to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Partners to ensure a compliant, candidate-focused experience across the recruiting lifecycle. The role supports data accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition with a hybrid work model in the greater Boston area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People Operations, or related field.
• Experience with ATS such as SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while supporting compliance-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Partners to support hiring priorities and candidate experiences.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration including interview scheduling, candidate communications, postings, offers, and workflow management in ATS systems.
• Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities including background checks, onboarding prep, provisioning workflows, and new hire communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring data across ATS, onboarding, workflow, finance, and invoicing platforms for data integrity and reporting.
• Process Talent Acquisition invoices and vendor setup, ensuring timely processing.
• Monitor and report Talent Acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing activity) for planning and compliance.
• Contribute to recruiting operations and continuous improvement through workflow automation, branding, and diversity outreach.
• Support recruiting activities beyond coordination including candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline development.
